Ryan Cochran-Siegel, RC-S’ self-made life philosophies helped him to three World Cup Alpine skiing podiums, dozens of WC top tens, and an Olympic Silver Medal in Beijing. He also makes wicked good maple syrup.
Ryan talks about the highs and lows of being a professional athlete, how he’s able to remain calm, present and healthy throughout long World Cup seasons, and his earnest love of Vermont, Vermonters, and especially his family. He lives in Burlington with his fiancee and their dog Wrigley.
